We value every order and aim to handle returns with care, clarity, and fairness. Please kindly review the following conditions before initiating a return.

βœ”οΈ Eligible Returns (Standard & Pickup Orders)

Returns are accepted for both shipped and pickup orders, provided all conditions below are met:

  • Request is made within 15 days of delivery or pickup

  • Items are unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Original protective film, packaging, and components are included

  • A return authorization has been issued prior to return

This applies equally to shipped orders and in-store pickup orders.

All approved returns, including pickup orders, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we kindly appreciate your understanding.

Return shipping (if applicable) remains the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be securely packaged and insured, as we cannot issue refunds for goods damaged in transit during return.


❌ Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are made to order or processed in a way that makes them final sale. These include:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-measure materials

  • Any customized or modified products

  • Protective barriers such as sneeze guards, plexiglass shields, and similar installations

  • Items missing original protective masking film

Please kindly note: all cut-to-size items are produced with an industry-standard tolerance of Β±0.125" (1/8"), which is considered normal and not a defect.


πŸͺš Material Finish Disclaimer

Products with a saw-cut finish are delivered in their raw industrial state.

This means:

  • Edges are not polished or refined

  • Light tool or cutting marks may be visible

  • The finish reflects standard fabrication processes

This is a normal characteristic of the material and not considered a flaw.


⚠️ Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We kindly ask that all deliveries be inspected upon arrival.

Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt to remain eligible for support.

If damage has occurred during transit:

Please immediately file a claim with the carrier within 5 days.

To assist with the process, please provide clear documentation, including:

  • Exterior packaging from all sides

  • Shipping label with tracking visible

  • Internal packaging condition

  • Close-up images of the damage

  • Full view of the item

  • Any affected components

We kindly request that all packaging and items be retained until the claim is fully resolved, as carriers may require inspection.

A valid claim number will be required for assistance.


🚚 Shipping & Processing

Orders are prepared with care during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (PT).

Standard processing time is 2–5 business days.

Select full-size sheets (48" Γ— 96") may be available for pickup within 1–3 business days, subject to availability.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx, with typical transit times of 1–10 business days after dispatch.

Tracking details are usually provided 1–2 days before shipment, so you may follow your order’s journey.


πŸ“ Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

We kindly ask that all shipping details be carefully reviewed before placing your order.

We are unable to accept responsibility for delays, fees, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Address changes are only possible prior to dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, any rerouting or correction fees charged by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.


πŸ“¦ Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to accept or collect the shipment

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Original shipping costs

  • Any applicable restocking charges


✏️ Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 1 business day of placement.

After this period, production or processing may already be underway, and changes or cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

We kindly recommend reviewing all details carefully before confirming your order.
